Lazy days make me feel unproductive. I hate that feeling. But this year I’ve been learning to listen to my body and rest. Sometimes resting is productive. It’s you taking care of you physically and mentally. Everything and everyone needs a break. I’ve experienced burnout mentally and physically more times than I like… especially last year. I can’t do or create when I’m not rested in both areas. So, when I feel tired. My brain and body screams simultaneously, Yes.. Yes.. GET YOUR REST lol ๐.
