Grounding is one act of self-care that I try to keep in my day to day. Anytime I feel heavy or have a brain fog I tend to go out in nature. I love the fresh air and it keeps me balanced. I just love being outdoors and by water.

Solitude is also necessary for me. I must spend a certain amount of time alone. With me being an empath it’s a necessity. I have to recharge after being around people for an extended period of time. Hints why grounding is a must for me.

Meditation is also essential for my mental health. As well as listening to music every single day. I love my oldies. I also listen to frequency music as well. That and guided meditation have done wonders for me.

Talking to my second mom who doubles as my therapist lol. I rarely let a day go by without talking to her. She keeps me sane. She has been really instrumental in helping me become the woman that I am. Love her dearly.
