I Released My First Children’s Book

Hi guys…. It’s been a while. But I’m back and excited to share with you the good news.

I’m officially an author!!

It’s been a long time coming. This book was inspired by me, and my daughters struggles with bullying and self-acceptance. I’m hoping that with this book my message is received by children all over the world. My personal goal for this book is to evoke self-acceptance in those very same children. Hints why I titled this story Perfectly Imperfect.

Perfectly Imperfect is for children ages 3-11.

Here’s a quick synopsis of the book:

Dealing with bullies isn’t always easy and Sunshine usually deals with it pretty well. But today the taunting becomes too much for her to bear. In the midst of what seems to be the start of a bad day, Journee appears. She extends friendship and empathy to Sunshine. Which in return leaves her feeling inspired and empowered. This book celebrates feeling confident and happy in your own skin. Something that’s important for all of us.
