What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?
I go to therapy weekly.. it’s a must. It has done wonders. My therapist is the best! She has really helped me level up majorly.

Sound Therapy.

I listen to a lot of music. Raises my vibration. Plus I like to dance and sing.

I walk for exercise. It works my body and mind.

I find ways to destress and disconnect when I need to. That includes taking a break from certain people or spending time with my high vibe crew. It just really depends. These are just a few of my must do’s. I also journal. Lately that’s been my go to.
