Do you see yourself as a leader?

I’m definitely a leader. I’m smart, emotionally intelligent, and able to assess a situation and come up with multiple viewpoints, ideas, and objectives. Some people are natural born leaders and I’d like to think of myself as just that. Most people in my life come to me with their problems/issues to help find solutions. Or just to help them process what they’re going through. I’m a very confident woman. I have great communication skills, I’m creative, accountable and have an immense amount of empathy and integrity. Heavy on integrity. Many things can be taught but integrity is something you either have or you don’t. I love being a leader… never was a follower.
