Something that’s been on mind lately is relationships. Specifically, the difference in chemistry and compatibility. I believe that compatibility is more important than chemistry in order to have longevity in a relationship/marriage. But they’re both important. I’ve spent ten years of my life in two relationships and noticed how much I changed while in them. The initial chemistry wore off as I began to mature and find myself.
It’s amazing how someone can go from being your type to not being what you see for your future at all. Hence the importance of compatibility and picking someone whose in alignment with you and your future goals. It takes much more than chemistry, attraction, good sex, comfortability, and attachments to keep a relationship going.
This has inspired me to go deeper into this topic. So, look out for a blog post on this very soon.
