This quote is from the Roman poet Horace. It means seize the day. It reminds us to live everyday like it’s our last. Life is too short to be unhappy, miserable or to worry about things/ people we cannot change. Take a walk, smell some flowers, listen to the bird’s chirping. Get out and go to lunch with friends, do something nice for yourself. Whatever fills you up, if possible be sure to get your daily dose of it.
